- Represented a foreigner teacher in his claim for state tort liability regarding racist requests of HIV examinations
- [Network for Universal Birth Registration] Participated in the advisory panel for the Ministry of Justice regarding enactment of birth registration for foreigners
- [Network for the Rights of Children and Adolescents with Migrant Backgrounds] Coworked with National Human Rights Commission of Korea on surveying and conducting research on cases abroad
- [Network for Migrant Childcare in Gyeong-gi] Pushed for legislating ordinance regarding migrant children in Gyeong-gi
- [Network for the Housing Rights of Migrant Workers] Participated a meeting on the Report of the Special Rapporteur on the Right to Adequate Housing

- Held a conference on improvement of social housing systems
- Gave lectures to Seoul National University and Yonsei University law school legal clinic

4. Persons with Disabilites
- Participated in the lawsuit at the Supreme Court for the mobility rights of persons with disabilities on double-decker buses
- Provided legal advice regarding the denial of inheritance and beneficiary status for a person with neurodevelopmental disabilities
- Conducted a research on guaranteeing the right of persons with disabilities to make statements in judicial proceedings
- Participated in drafting the CRPD report
- Prepared and participated in an event on barrier-free playgrounds
- Researched “Good cases and Bad cases” regarding persons with disabilites, under the support of RIDRIK(The Research Institute of the Differently abled persons’ Rights in Korea)

- Filed a state tort claim regarding compulsory eviction towards international adoption, due to their failure in acquisition of nationality
- Reviewed a child abuse case considering whether the case is regarded as sexual abuse under the Child Welfare Act
- Reviewed a case on leakage of obscene contents
- Participated in a research group on amending laws and policies regarding the right to adequate housing of adolescents
- Planned a program on career counseling and law education for adolescents in alternative schools
- Prepared the ‘Miracles of Adolescents’ program, a program for adolescents to experience careers
- Participated in a legal support team under the ‘Stand-Up Against Sex-Trafficking of Minors)
